En el intensivo trabajaremos en el suelo, porque tenemos que tener los pies en la tierra antes de volar!
Propondré un calentamiento exigente y una parte de improvisación tanto en el suelo como en el aro... y por supuesto tendremos tiempo de trabajar en todos los trucos y secuencias que te imagines!

ENGLISH:
In the workshop we are working on the floor, as I think that we firstly need to be grounded before flying !! I will propose a challenging warm up and some improvisation on the floor and on the hoop…and of course we will have time to work on all the tricks and combinations you have dreamed of !!
